Strip tag from post

Both content and excerpt wrap <p> tags around the content. This creates unwanted space between e.g. headline and content.

To remove this, you can put the following in the template:
<?php remove_filter (‘the_content’, ‘wpautop’); ?>

The ‘the_content’ is the object you want to filter.
